一、公司的主要职能部门和业务简介
1、业务一部（进口部）：
主要负责进口成套设备、工程设备、仪器仪表、各类机电产品、备品备件、金属材料和化工材料等。
2、业务二部（出口部）：
主要负责出口成套设备、机床、各类工具、电子产品、电子器件和芯片等。
3、业务三部（产品开发部）：
主要负责来图来样加工出口业务。根据国外客户的技术要求，开发生产出合格的产品，并保证产品批量生产。我们的主要产品范围有：精密机加工、有色金属/不锈钢铸造、冲压加工、挤压成型、产品组装等。
4、质量控制中心：
1）负责产品开发部开发的出口产品的质量检验；
2）负责公司其它进出口产品的质量检验工作。
5、单证物流部：
主要负责进出口业务的供应链、单证、物流等方面的管理工作。通过公司的计算机管理系统（ERP），对公司的进出口业务流程实施实时管理，保障业务的正常运转，为客户提供及时准确的服务。
6、贸易部
经营的主要产品有（1）德国harting连接器，是武汉地区唯一代理商。（2）泰珂洛刀具，是湖北地区总代理。

The functional departments of our company follow:
1. The 1st Department——Import Department.
The importation of equipment unit, industrial equipment, instruments and panels, categories of mechanical electric equipment, spare parts, metal materials and chemical industry materials.
2. The 2nd Department——Export Department.
The exportation of equipment unit, machine tool, work tools, electronic products, electronic apparatus and chips.
3. The 3rd Department——Product development Department.
Mainly to process with supplied drawings, samples and exportation. To develop tailor-made products of high quality and guarantee for lot production.
The scope of products includes:
precision machining, non-ferrous metal/stainless steel Forging, Casting and pressing, products assembling, etc.
4. Quality Control Centre.
1) The quality inspection of exported products developed by Product development Dep;
2)The quality inspection of exported products of other departments of company.
5. Logistics documents Department.
Mainly in charge of the management of supply chains, logistics and documents of the import & export department. The realization of real-time management of business processes of the import & export department by use of the the ERP system, is to guarantee good operation for companuy business as well as accurate and timely service for customers.
6. Shipbuilding Department
To provide shipbuilding service of different types of vessels to meet requirements of ship owners, the professional team includes engineering, import & export, financing. The services include investigation of shipyard, the market price quotation, shipowner and shipyard coordination and facilitation in the arrangement of financial affairs of the whole project. Special management of both financial and engineering is guaranteed from the effectiveness of shipbuilding contract to the delivery of each vessel.
